Privacy in Brief

SPSMCAP requires no account and includes no advertising or third-party analytics SDK. Favorites, recent items, simulated portfolios, simulated trades, and settings are stored locally. Online market, chart, image, news, search, and currency features transmit the request needed to return content and necessarily expose standard network information to the services handling that request.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the developer and operator of SPSMCAP (“SPSMCAP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the SPSMCAP iOS application. It applies to the current version of the app and its in-app agreement and privacy pages.

The app provides cryptocurrency and stock market information, charts, research, news, comparisons, calendars, currency conversion, educational content, favorites, and simulated portfolio and trading tools. Some features work locally, while current market content and other online features require network access.

2. Information You Do Not Need to Provide

SPSMCAP does not require account registration, login, identity verification, or payment information. The current app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, contacts, precise or approximate location, microphone, or advertising identifier.

  • No account profile is created.
  • No real brokerage, bank, exchange, custody, or payment account is connected.
  • No advertising, cross-app tracking, or behavioral profiling is used.
  • No third-party analytics or advertising SDK is integrated in the current app.
  • No real funds, securities, digital assets, or payment credentials are handled.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The app uses local device storage for information needed to remember your choices and simulations. Depending on the features you use, this may include:

  • Stock and cryptocurrency favorites and recently viewed or searched items.
  • Simulated stock balances, holdings, order history, prices, quantities, and dates.
  • Simulated cryptocurrency holdings and trades, including asset identifiers, quantities, entry prices, fees, and dates.
  • Theme preferences and App Lock settings.
  • Downloaded image, web, and network cache used to display content efficiently.

This information is not an account held by us and is not synchronized by the app to an account or cloud database operated by us. It remains on your device unless it is included in an operating-system backup under settings controlled by you and the platform provider. App Lock limits access to selected screens within the app; it does not convert simulated records into an encrypted financial account.

4. Online Requests and Technical Information

Online features send requests to app-operated endpoints and service providers that supply market, reference, chart, image, news, and currency data. A request may contain the asset symbol or coin identifier, search term, category, currency pair, chart range, date, pagination value, or similar parameter needed to return the requested content.

When the app refreshes favorites or simulated portfolio prices, it may transmit the relevant asset symbols or coin identifiers. The current app does not transmit your locally entered simulated quantities, balances, entry prices, fees, or complete trade history for that refresh.

Like ordinary internet traffic, a server or network provider handling a request may receive technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, HTTP headers, and basic device or browser information. This information is used to deliver content, maintain availability, diagnose failures, and protect services. We do not use these requests to build an advertising profile or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

5. Feedback, Camera, and Photos

The feedback screen lets you type comments and optionally select or take one image. They are held temporarily by the app while that screen is in use and are cleared when the form resets or the screen is discarded.

Camera access is requested only after you choose “Take Photo.” On supported iOS versions, the system photo picker lets you choose an image without granting the app unrestricted access to your photo library. You can deny camera access or change camera permission later in iOS Settings. Do not place sensitive personal information in the feedback form.

6. Device Authentication and App Lock

If you enable App Lock, authentication is performed by Apple's LocalAuthentication framework using the authentication method configured on your device, such as Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode. SPSMCAP does not receive your face image, fingerprint data, device passcode, or biometric template. The app receives only an authentication success or failure result.

7. Service Providers and External Content

We use hosting, content-delivery, market-data, image-delivery, and technical service providers to operate online features. The app currently contacts app service domains including agreement.catcrsar.site, chart.catcrsar.site, bapiv1.catcrsar.site through bapiv5.catcrsar.site, and capiv1.catcrsar.site. Market responses may also contain image, news, company, exchange, community, social-media, or developer links hosted by other parties.

If you open an external news article, website, social-media page, telephone link, or other third-party destination, that party may handle information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control third-party content, cookies, retention, or data practices. Apple may also process App Store distribution, downloads, purchases outside this app, diagnostics you choose to share with Apple, and operating-system services under Apple's own policies.

8. How Information Is Used and Disclosed

Information described in this policy is used only to provide requested features, remember on-device choices, secure access to selected screens, deliver and cache content, troubleshoot availability, and protect the service. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not disclose app information to advertising networks or data brokers and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Technical request information may be processed by the providers that deliver or secure online content. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights. If the app or its operations are transferred, information subject to this policy may be handled by the successor under applicable law and an updated notice.

9. Legal Bases and International Processing

Where a legal basis is required, we process information needed to provide requested online features and perform this agreement, rely on legitimate interests in operating, securing, and troubleshooting the service, and rely on your choice or consent for optional device permissions. You may withdraw a device permission in iOS Settings, although the related feature may stop working.

Online providers may process requests in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy protections may differ across jurisdictions. We use providers for service delivery and take reasonable steps appropriate to the information and service involved, subject to applicable law.

10. Retention and Security

Local records remain on your device until you remove or reset them through available app controls, clear relevant system data, or uninstall the app. Temporary feedback content is cleared as described above. Cached content is managed by the app, its libraries, WebKit, and iOS and may remain until cache eviction, clearing, or uninstall.

Servers and providers may keep limited security or operational logs according to their configurations and legal obligations. We do not maintain an account profile that links those logs to a registered user. We use reasonable safeguards, but no device, network, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

  • Do not use an online feature if you do not want its request sent over the internet.
  • Remove favorites, recent items, or simulated records through available app controls, or uninstall the app to remove app-local data.
  • Manage camera permission in iOS Settings and make selections through the system photo picker.
  • Do not enable App Lock if you do not want to use device authentication for protected screens.
  • Avoid opening external links if you do not want to interact with third-party websites or apps.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, or to withdraw consent. Because the app has no user accounts and we may be unable to associate technical requests with you, we may not hold identifiable information that can be returned or deleted. You may still contact us, and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

12. Children's Privacy

SPSMCAP is a general market-information tool and is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly create accounts for or solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review the matter.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect app features, service providers, legal requirements, or operational practices. We will change the effective date when the policy is revised. If a change materially affects how information is handled, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

14. Contact Us
